Will I own my domain and hosting, or does AYRI?
+
You own everything — always. Your domain is registered in your name, your hosting account is under your credentials, and all payments go directly to the provider. We act as your technical manager, not as an intermediary owner. If you ever want to manage it yourself or switch providers, you have everything you need to do so without any dependency on us.
Which hosting provider do you use?
+
It depends on your site type. For Next.js and React sites, we typically use Vercel or AWS. For WordPress sites, we use managed WordPress hosting on Hostinger or SiteGround. For custom web applications, we use AWS EC2 or Google Cloud. We always recommend the provider that gives you the best price-to-performance ratio for your specific use case — not the one that earns us the most referral commission.
Can you migrate my existing website to a new host?
+
Yes — migrations are one of the most common things we do. We handle everything: full backup of your existing site, transfer to the new host, DNS switchover, testing, and a monitoring period to make sure everything works perfectly. Most migrations are done with zero downtime. The process typically takes 24–48 hours from start to finish.
What happens if my site goes down?
+
We monitor uptime 24/7. If your site goes down, our monitoring system alerts us immediately — usually before you even notice. On Business and Enterprise plans, we respond and begin fixing within 1 hour. For Starter plan clients, response time is within 4 business hours. In all cases, daily backups mean we can restore your site to a working state quickly.
Does the hosting come with email?
+
Yes — all plans include professional email accounts at your domain (e.g. hello@yourbusiness.com). We also offer Google Workspace setup (Gmail with your domain) as an add-on for businesses that prefer Google's email ecosystem. Professional email is a must for any business — a free Gmail address signals that you're not serious.
I already have a domain. Can you just set up hosting?
+
Absolutely. If you already own a domain with GoDaddy, Namecheap, or any other registrar, we'll point the DNS to your new hosting and set everything up from there. You keep your domain where it is — there's no need to transfer it unless you want to. We simply configure the DNS records to connect everything correctly.
