Absolutely. We work with clients across India and internationally. Everything runs remotely — discovery calls via Google Meet, design reviews via shared Figma files, and a private staging link for you to review the live build. Most of our process requires no in-person meetings at all.

We're a small studio — not a freelancer, but not a large agency either. You get the accountability and personal attention of working with a small team, combined with the skill breadth of an agency. You'll always speak directly to the person actually building your project — not an account manager.

Our process has five steps: Discovery call → Design in Figma (approved by you) → Development → Staging review → Launch & handover. The full detail is on our Process page. The key principle: nothing moves to the next step without your sign-off. No surprises.

Always. We design every page in Figma first — wireframes, then full visual mockups with your brand colours and content, for both desktop and mobile. Development only starts once you've reviewed and approved the designs. This prevents rework, eliminates miscommunication, and means you always know what you're going to get before it's built.

There are three key moments where we need you: the discovery call (30 mins), reviewing the Figma designs (at your convenience), and reviewing the staging site before launch. Outside these, you can be as hands-on or hands-off as you prefer. We send weekly progress updates either way.

Minor content tweaks and small design adjustments are handled as we go. Significant scope changes — adding a new page, changing the design direction, or adding a new feature — are discussed openly and quoted separately before we proceed. We never do surprise work or surprise billing.

Landing page: 2–3 weeks. Marketing website: 4–6 weeks. E-commerce store: 6–8 weeks. Web application: 8–12 weeks. Mobile app: 8–10 weeks. These timelines assume content is provided on time. Delays in content or feedback from the client side are the most common cause of extended timelines.

It depends on what you need built. A simple landing page starts at around ₹15,000–₹25,000. A full marketing website typically ranges from ₹30,000–₹80,000. E-commerce stores from ₹60,000–₹1,50,000. Custom web applications from ₹1,00,000 upwards. During our launch offer period, all projects are 50% off for our first 3 clients. We give you a fixed-price quote after the discovery call — no hourly billing surprises.

The discovery call is completely free. Once you decide to proceed, we typically work on a 50% upfront, 50% on launch payment structure. For larger projects, we split into three milestones: design sign-off, staging approval, and launch. We never ask for full payment upfront.

We accept bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), UPI, and Razorpay (which supports cards, netbanking, and wallets). We provide a proper GST invoice for every payment. If you need a different payment arrangement, just ask — we're flexible for the right client.

As a new studio, we're offering our first 3 clients 50% off our standard project rates. We're doing this to build our portfolio of real work — you get a premium, hand-crafted website at half price, and we get a real case study. The quality is identical to what we'll charge full rate for later. Only 3 spots available.

The only ongoing costs are hosting (which you pay directly to the provider — typically ₹500–₹2,000/month depending on your needs) and your domain name (₹700–₹1,500/year). We don't charge any platform fees or lock you into any ongoing payments. Optional: our maintenance care plans start at ₹4,999/month if you want ongoing support.

For most websites and web applications, we use React.js / Next.js on the frontend with Node.js and MongoDB or PostgreSQL on the backend. For content-heavy sites where the client needs to manage content themselves, we use WordPress or a headless CMS like Sanity. For e-commerce, we use Shopify or custom React + Node depending on requirements. We always recommend the right tool for the job — not the one we're most comfortable with.

Every website we build scores 90+ on Google PageSpeed as a non-negotiable standard. We achieve this through WebP image optimisation, lazy loading, code splitting, CDN setup, and minimal third-party scripts. If your site scores under 90 after launch, we fix it for free. Speed isn't a bonus feature for us — it's a baseline requirement.

Yes, if that's a requirement. For sites that need frequent content updates, we set up a CMS (like WordPress or Sanity) so you can manage content without touching code. For simpler sites, we provide documentation and a training session so you can handle basic changes yourself. We'll discuss this during the discovery call and build it into the project plan.

Yes — we set up hosting and connect your domain as part of every project. We recommend Vercel for Next.js sites (often free for small sites), AWS for larger applications, and shared/VPS hosting for WordPress. Hosting is always in your name and paid directly by you — no middleman markup. Your domain remains fully under your control at all times.

Every website we build is mobile-first and tested across iOS, Android, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. We design for mobile before desktop, not the other way around. Given that over 75% of web traffic in India comes from mobile, this isn't optional — it's the foundation of everything we build.

Every project includes 30 days of free post-launch support. Any bugs caused by our development are fixed immediately at no charge. After 30 days, we offer affordable maintenance care plans (starting at ₹4,999/month) for ongoing security, updates, backups, and support. You're never left stranded after launch.

Yes — completely. All source code is pushed to your GitHub repository and all Figma design files are shared with you. You own everything outright. If you ever want to work with another developer or agency in the future, you have everything you need to do so. No lock-in, no strings attached.

We keep working until you are. There's no arbitrary revision limit — we're done when you genuinely love the result. That said, our design approval process is specifically designed to prevent this situation: you approve every screen in Figma before we write a single line of code, so you should never be surprised by the end product.

Absolutely. Many clients come back to add features, new pages, or integrations months after launch. Because you own the source code and we wrote it, we can pick up where we left off quickly. New features are scoped and quoted as separate projects or added to a monthly retainer if you have ongoing development needs.

Every site we build includes on-page SEO basics as standard — proper title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, schema markup, sitemap, and 90+ PageSpeed score. For ongoing SEO — keyword research, content strategy, monthly reporting, and ranking improvements — we offer a dedicated SEO & Performance service as a monthly retainer.
